The single is off of Skipp's latest EP titled Miles Garvey that was released a few months ago to critical acclaim.

The distorted horns and low-end bass of "Blacker" is the perfect backdrop for Skipp Coon's electrifying lyrics about the struggle down South. It's definitely needed these days as Black youth are being targeted by the establishment and by each other.
