Jay Electronica....who has been buzzing for a MINUTE mane has finally inked with marketing/publishing giant RocNation led by Jay-Z.
This signing has sent ripples through the game since we have all seen the Exhibits A & C gain momentum in the underground and ovaground *hint, hint*
