That line there could sum up much of what Ardmore, Oklahoma/ Baton Rouge, Louisiana based emcee Marcel P. Black represents musically and his new project giving light to a new consciousness that's not new to him but is definitely refreshing in today's Hip Hop scene.
After the success of his 2013 EP release, Trap Hop, Marcel is back on the scene with his latest project entitled Black Collar.
The majority of the production on the project is handled in-house by Chicago beatsmith J. Filly. The project also features production from Pro Prospek (GPNYC), A9amis and many more.
